Christina Papavassiliou was born in Volos in 1910 and deceased in 1982. She studied painting at ASFA, under professor Umbert Argiros and graduated in 1937. Her works have been presented in numerous exhibitions throughout 1937-2014. She taught for many years in secondary education. In 2002, shs had her retrospective exhibition at the Art Center of the Municipality of Athens. Her works belong to museums & private collections.
